Anjali recently completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry) from Monash University.
During her undergraduate studies she took an interest in biochemistry and completed a mini-research project assessing a bacterial hormone-inducible fluorescent reporter system.
Now, as an honours student her research focuses on investigating the gut microbiome and using computational biology to link gut bacteria to metabolites found in the blood stream.
